FOCUS UNIT OF FLY BACK TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: A focus unit of a fly back transformer(FBT) is provided to maintain substrate insulation without hardening works of another insulating resin, by equipping a ceramic substrate on an inner part of the focus unit cover to be separated from an FBT case of a Bobbin. CONSTITUTION: In the focus unit(110) of a fly back transformer(FBT) , volume shafts(160) are connected to an operating knob(120) and inserted into the inner side of a cover(130). The substrate forms a resistor pattern(140) on the inner side of the cover. A central contact is equipped on one end of a slider attached to one ends of the volume shafts. A variable contact is equipped on other end of the slider to control volumes. The central contact is contacted with a central terminal(190) equipped in a case(180) to output a variable voltage. Slider supporting parts(200) are curved on outer circumferences of the volume shafts to be rotated in guide grooves(210) of the cover. A coupling groove is formed to couple steps of the volume shafts on a center of a coupler of the slider. The steps are elastically fixed on an elastic coupling part.
