POLYESTER-BASED NURSING BOTTLE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polyester-based nursing bottle that does not generate endocrine disruption chemicals such as bisphenol-A and has a good repeated heat-resistance, and its preparation method are provided. CONSTITUTION: The polyester-based nursing bottle is made of homo- or copolymeric polyester resin, which is prepared by condensing the acid consisting of 60-100 mol% of naphthalene dicarboxylic acid and 0-40 mol% of terephthalic acid and the glycol consisting of 0-80 mol% of ethylene glycol and 20-100 mol% of cyclohexane dimethanol. Its glass transition temperature is above 120 deg.C and the transparency is above 85%. The nursing bottle is prepared by melting the homo- or copolymeric polyester resin and extruding it at the preform reheating temperature of 160-210 deg.C, the blow molding pressure of 1-10 kgf/cm¬2, and the mold temperature of 140-190 deg.C.
