PURPOSE: A method for calculating value of real estate on the internet is provided to automatically calculate the value of real estate such as future value for real estate, present value, net present value, loan repayment and a redemption reckoner and to lower the calculating speed, by using the internet. CONSTITUTION: A method for calculating value of real estate on the internet is composed the steps of;inputting a variable for obtaining future value for real estate, present value, net present value, loan repayment and a redemption reckoner on the internet;and calculating real estate according to calculating method for obtaining future value for real estate, present value, net present value, loan repayment and the redemption reckoner and displaying the calculated result on the the internet.
