PURPOSE: A method is provided to generate power by changing magnetic energy to physical kinetic energy by using the attractive and repulsive forces of a permanent magnet without using external energy. CONSTITUTION: Permanent magnets(10) comprise N pole and S pole. Rotors(30,30-1) are arranged so that permanent magnets(10) of same pole are closely arranged in rows in the external direction of the rotors(30,30-1). Rail(80) is a non-magnetic material and mounted so that the repulsive force generated between the rotors(30,30-1) may be positioned in the center thereof. An adjusting panel(20) is inserted into the rail(80), and functions to change in part a repulsive force section to an attractive force section without being magnetized. An operating unit comprises a rack and pinion(40) and a motor(90) which are mounted to operate the adjusting panel(20) to move forward and backward.
