PURPOSE: A draining pipe for operation installed in an opening part bended toward one side and a structure thereof are provided to drink the contents of a container and pour the contents of the container to another container by exchanging the roles of a first draining hole and a second draining hole as a discharging hole or an air inlet hole. CONSTITUTION: A draining pipe for operation(1) installed in an opening part(101) bended toward one side includes a cover(100) assembled in a neck of a container, the upwardly protruded opening part installed in an upper face of the cover, a first draining hole(104) having a draining pipe(102) upwardly protruded and a straw(103) downwardly extended at a predetermined length in an end part of the opening part for sucking the contents of the container, and a second draining hole(105) installed in the inside of the opening part for flowing air into the container.
