PURPOSE: A substitute drink for cola using bean and preparation method thereof is provided, which uses bean water similar in taste and color to cola and good for health. CONSTITUTION: A substitute drink for cola using bean and preparation method thereof is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i) boiling by putting adequate water at washed black bean for 30-60min and extracting bean water; (ii) mixing a small quantity of licorice, honey with bean water which is extracted by boiling black bean for 30-60 min: and (iii) mixing the bean water condensate with water, carbon dioxide gas and packing.
