PURPOSE: A virtual cyber branch service system and the financial service system using thereof is provided so that a customer-centered virtual space can be activated by connecting it with other web site such as a shopping mall site. CONSTITUTION: The virtual cyber branch service system and the financial service system using thereof includes several steps. A step is to request opening of a virtual cyber branch to a service company. At this time, a user can select menu, function and design of desired financial institution and service. Thereafter, a step is to request to the financial institutions selected by the user according to the request from the user. Accordingly, the system can process the financial service through the affiliated relation. Thereafter, a step is to process a financial service job of the user at the affiliated financial institution and the user receives the result in the service company. The service company sets an affiliated relation with the financial institution selected by the user and opens a virtual cyber branch constituted by the menu and function selected by the user.
