PURPOSE: A pager having a recording function is provided, so that a pager user can write down with a voice by recording the voice in the pager or playing back the recorded voice without another recorder. CONSTITUTION: A pager having a recording function comprises a radio receiver(10), a controller(20), a liquid crystal display(LCD) circuit(30), a memory(40), a button circuit(50), a motor(60), a voice storage(70), an amplifier(80), a microphone(90), and a connecting port(95). The radio receiver receives information of a pager system, and is composed of a radio frequency(RF) module(10a) and a decoder(10b). The controller controls to make the information be appropriately outputted. The LCD circuit outputs the information. The memory stores the information and processes information by the stored information. The button circuit controls the controller by operating buttons. The motor supplies a vibration to operate a pager as a vibration mode. The amplifier inputs a voice signal of the voice storage to amplify the signal, and outputs the signal to a speaker. The connecting port connects with a connector to exchange signals with an external device.
