PURPOSE: An electronic commerce method is provided to adapt a variety of contents such as common business, auction, reverse auction, joint buying and exhibition, and to convert contents each other. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commerce method is composed of as follows. A buyer and a seller connect to a web server. The web server converts a corresponding order to a joint buying by buyer or to a common buying offer, when a joint buying by a seller is dispersed and converts a corresponding order to a reverse auction or to the common buying offer, when the joint buying by a buyer is disperse. The buyer and the seller select web contents for electronic commerce. The electronic commerce is performed in the contents selected by the buyer and the seller. A web master transmits E-mail to business parties, after conforming business contracting and remittance.
