PURPOSE: A database constructing and managing method is provided to be capable of confirming a certification status on an internet by showing the certification status at a user's PC through a client program. CONSTITUTION: In a database constructing and managing method, information of a user is certified on an internet in order to obtain additional convenience according to the certification of the user's information. The user signs in so as to be connected to a database server as a user certification and individual information managing system(B02). After confirming whether a user certification client window is opened, the user moves to an internet web site(B03). A sign-in is performed by inputting a database server identification at a login screen. A settlement is completed only by a password input of a database server(B08). A certification system is released by ending the user certification client window.
