PURPOSE: A compressive press-introduction method to an upper and a lower flange in manufacturing a pre-flex steel bar is provided the easiness on formwork and concreting. CONSTITUTION: A compressive press-introduction method to an upper and a lower flange in manufacturing a pre-flex steel bar comprises the steps of; connecting two steel bars (1) or more horizontally using a cross beam (7) installed at 6-meter intervals; installing a form bolt (5) between the upper and lower steel bars on both ends of a steel bar (1); installing a hydraulic jack (4) at two spots of L/5 from both ends of a steel bar (1) on the upper part of an upper steel bar or the lower part of a lower steel bar; covering them all by a square frame (8) and adding a pre-flex load to make a steel bar narrower; covering concrete on a lower flange of an upper steel bar and an upper flange of a lower steel bar.
