PURPOSE: A method is provided to wire a private branch communication line which distinguishes data and voice signal while ensuring high data quality in communication by adopting a skew cable and an optical cable together. CONSTITUTION: In constructing a data channel, optical distributors(6,9) are connected with an optical cable to install an optical cable network between a communication room(4) and each copper terminal(7). Switching hubs(10,12) are arranged between the terminal(7) and middle terminal(11), and connected with 4 pair skew cables. A data link over 100MHz is ensured between the communication room and all data outgoing ports(17). In constructing a voice channel, a skew cable or UTP cable is connected in series up to a voice outgoing port(18) via MDF(5), a copper terminal(8), a middle terminal(13) and a generation terminal(16) to provide 5 lines per a generation.
