PURPOSE: A delivery time decision system focusing to a buyer is provided to allow the buyer to register a desired product and a delivery time at a database of a service provider by using a wire or wireless network or the internet. CONSTITUTION: A delivery time decision system focusing to a buyer comprises a communication network(10), a client(20), a service provider system(30) and a product delivery management system(40). The communication network(10) includes the internet(10a) and the wire/wireless telephone network(10b). The client(20) requests a product delivery service by using a computer terminal or a wire/wireless phone connected to the network(10). The service provider system(30) receives product request information and delivery status information at a host server(31), and stores the information at a database(32). The product delivery management system(40) extracts periodically a product management information and delivery information from a delivery database(41) to the host server(31).
