Disclosed herein are surfactant complexes and methods for using them. The complexes contain multiple nonionic surfactants that have HLB values that are distinct from each other, yet within a narrow HLB range. The surfactants are complexed with associative polymeric thickeners. These complexes can be used as laundry pre-spotters. |
