A compound of general formula (I) wherein X represents a hydrogen or halogen atom or a cyano, methyl, methoxy or phenylmethoxy group and/or R1 represents a hydrogen atom and R2 represents an alcanoyl group, a phenylalcanoyl group, a methoxyacetyl group, a cycloalkylcarbonyl group, an optionally supstituted benzoyl group, a N-phenylcarbamoyl group, an N-alkylcarbamoyl group, an N-(2-methoxyethyl)carbamoyl group, an alkoxycarbonyl group, an alkylsulfonyl group or a phenylsulfonyl group, or NR1R2 represents a 2-oxo-4,5-dihydrooxazolidin-3-yle group. The invention also relates to the therapeutic use of said compound.
