摘要 There is a risk of a tube or pre-tube detonation when using projectiles or missiles that have percussion fuses in which the energy required for detonating the igniting element is provided in the launching device by means of an induction system. Moreover, projectiles or missiles whose percussion fuses have not been triggered pose a risk as duds. For this reason, an inventive safety and time-delay circuit is provided in which the storage device of the energy provided for detonating the igniting element (12) is comprised of two capacitors (5, 6) that are connected in parallel, whereby a resistor (7) for delaying charging is connected in incoming circuit to one of the capacitors (6), and the capacity of the capacitors (5, 6) and the size of the resistor (7) can be matched to one another such that the energy required to detonate the igniting element (12) is not stored until the projectile or missile has left the launching device. A resistor (8) that is connected in parallel to the capacitor (6) which charges in a delayed manner permits said capacitor (6), in particular, to discharge within a predeterminable time, until the target is reached, to a level of energy which is sufficient to detonate the igniting element (12). In the instance of an igniter which has not been triggered, the capacitor (6) discharges to a level at which a detonation is no longer possible when the switch (10) is closed.
