The invention relates to a planetary gear comprising a sun wheel (2) arranged on a central shaft (18), at least one ring gear (12), and a planet carrier (22) with a group of large and small sized stepped planet wheels (4, 6; 4A, 6A) arranged therein, whereby the large stepped wheels (4, 4A) engage with the sun wheel (2) and the sun wheel (2) is mounted in such a way that it floats in a radial direction in the meshing of the teeth with the large stepped wheels (4, 4A). According to the invention, the number of teeth (N1, N2) pertaining to the the large (4, 4A) and small (6, 6A) stepped wheels making up the stepped planet wheels is chosen in such a way that the number of teeth pertaining to the large stepped wheels (4, 4A) cannot be divided up into a whole number by the number of teeth belonging to the small stepped wheels (6, 6A). Radial adjustment of the sun wheel is exclusively possible by rotating the stepped planet wheels (4, 6) in various positions during mounting. One advantage of the invention is that it is no longer necessary to have means for adjusting the relative rotational position of the stepped wheels (4, 6) belonging to a stepped planet wheel or to perform a precise adjustment of the angle position of said wheels during manufacturing. |
