PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition curable in a short time at a room temperature to develop a high initial bond strength, capable of extremely smoothly carrying out an adhesion operation at a low energy cost in excellent productivity by including an aqueous solution containing a specific vinyl alcohol copolymer as a first solution. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a first solution composed of an aqueous solution of a vinyl alcohol-based polymer containing a primary amino group and a secondary amino group in the molecule and a second solution containing glutaraldehyde. For example, an aqueous solution mainly composed of an organic polymer aqueous emulsion using an amino group-containing PVA as a protective colloid is used as the first solution. In a second solution, preferably the glutaraldehyde is made into a dissolved state in water and a water-soluble aldehyde compound is used in a state of 1-50% aqueous solution.
