PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in heat insulating performance or suppress the deterioration to a minimum limit, by providing a web-shaped partition extended over between both FRP skin layers in a location provided with another member mounting hole of a sandwich structural panel arranging the FRP skin layer in core material both surfaces. SOLUTION: This panel 1 is constituted in a sandwich structure having an FRP skin layer 3 in both surfaces of a core material 2. The FRP skin layer 3 is constituted by FRP composed of reinforced fiber of carbon fiber, glass fiber, etc., and matrix resin of epoxy, unsaturated polyester, etc. The core material 2 uses a foaming material, wood, honeycomb material, etc. In a mounting location of another member 4 provided with a hole 6 for inserting a rivet 5, bolt etc., a web-shaped partition 7 is provided at least in both sides. The partition 7 extends over between both the FRP skin layers 3, and partitions the core material 2 in a mounting location part of another member 4 from the core material 2 in the other location part.
