PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous transport device which can be manufactured at a low cost with simple structure and which can easily be variable in speed. SOLUTION: This variable speed continuous transport device 1 is formed with a round channel 10 connecting between point A and point B and also formed with a rail 30 along the round channel 10, and a channel boarding body 20 provided with a driven resistance plate for sinking under the water in the round channel 10 is movably placed on the rail 30. The boarding body 20 moves by driving round the water in the round channel 10 with a pump 40 driven by a motor 41.
