PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation by an occupant seated in a front seat in the case of not existing of an occupant in a rear seat, while facilitating operation by an occupant seated in the rear seat in the case of existing of the occupant in the rear seat. SOLUTION: A rear power window witch 5 is provided operable from obverse/reverse both directions on the front side of an arm rest 3 positioned between a driver seat and a front passenger seat of a vehicle to be rotatable to the rear seat side. Alternatively, the rear power window switch 5 is provided operable from obverse/reverse both directions on the front side of a console cover 3 connected by a hinge metal fitting 2 in a rear end part rotatable relating to a center console box 1 set up between the driver seat and the front passenger seat of the vehicle to be protrudable to the rear seat side. Concretely, an operating knob 6 of the rear power window switch 5 is arranged in a through-hole 4 in the obverse/reverse direction formed in the arm rest 3 or the console cover 3. More concretely, the operating knobs 6, 6 are arranged in each of the through-holes 4, 4 provided in the right/left.
