PEARLING DEVICE FOR RICE MILLING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pearling device for a rice milling machine which allows exact and easy positioning of bran removing net bodies, obviates the slip down of the bran removing net bodies and does not hinder rice milling. SOLUTION: A pearling section 1 comprises a pearling rotor 3 and an enclosing cylinder body 13 enclosing its circumference. A component frame 14 of the enclosing cylinder body 13 has grinding body mounting surfaces 16 for mounting grinding bodies 15 apart bran removing surface-forming spacings. The grinding bodies 15 are mounted by inserting mounting bolts 18 into bolt holes of the grinding body mounting surfaces 16 and fixing the same by means of nuts 20. The bran removing net bodies 21 consist of perforated surface parts 22 for closing the bran removing surface-forming spacings and supporting surface parts 23 having their end edges verging on the mounting bolt holes in abutment on the grinding body mounting surfaces 16. The end edges of the supporting parts 23 are provided with detaining and notching parts for the mounting bolts 18. The bran removing net bodies 21 are held between the grinding body mounting surfaces 16 and the grinding bodies 15 and are co-fastened and fixed with the nuts 20 by detaining the detaining and notching parts to the mounting bolts 18.
