PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a collision judge device for preventing the mis-operation of an occupant protection mechanism, even if a suspected signal is generated, by fully working out to a polarity relation between an acceleration signal showing a vehicular acceleration and the suspected signal used for a trouble judgement in a vehicular occupant protection system. SOLUTION: G sensor 11 issues the suspected signal with a polarity opposite to a deceleration signal based on the control signal of a micro computer 30. A-D converter 20 receives the suspected signal of G sensor 11 through a signal treating circuit 12 and takes place a suspected voltage. The micro-computer 30 judges the existence/absence of the trouble of G sensor 11 based on the exsistence/absence of the generation of the suspected voltage and the polarity.
