PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid leakage from a needlepoint on a medicated person side when fitted and attached to a prefilled syringe by forming a hole, a groove or a cut leading to outside air when fitted and attached to the prefilled syringe on a Luer wall of a double-edged needle appropriate for fitting and attaching to the prefilled syringe. SOLUTION: In a double-edged needle 4, a needle 1B is passed through a Luer portion 4A, and needlepoints 1B1 and 1B2 are protruded at both ends of which, namely, the syringe side and the medicated person side. A hole 4A1 leading to outside air is formed in the Luer portion 4A of the double-edged needle 4. The hole 4A1 is formed preferably nearly in the center of the peripheral wall of the Luer portion 4A in an air area formed between the tips of the syringe when the double-edged needle 4 is fitted and attached to syringes as refilled syringes, thereby discharging external air in the Luer portion 4A and preventing a solution from leaking from the needle point on the medicated person side, when the double-edged needle 4 is fitted and attached to a syringe previously fitted with an injection. |
