PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion preventive film capable of being sutured, having high suturing strength, biocompatibility, biodegradability, absorbency and sufficient adhesion preventive effects. SOLUTION: This adhesion preventive film having the total thickness of 100 μm-50 mm capable of being sutured has a gelatin layer having a thickness of 50 μm-20 mm or a hyaluronic acid layer on the one or both surfaces, or a part of a compression bridged collagen nonwoven fabric which consists of a layer in which diameter of fiber of 10 to 1,000 μm, a bulk density of 5.0×10-4 to 5 g/cm3, and a thickness of 50 μm-10 mm, or of a laminate of 2-6 layers thereof. |
