PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off the infiltration of moisture into a wooden base material and to prevent the gap, thrust-up and corrosion of a laid floor material by sticking a moisture-proof sheet to the whole face of the wooden base material formed with coupling tongue sections on the side faces by wrapping. SOLUTION: Coupling tongue sections 4 are formed on four side faces of a wooden base material 1, a moisture-proof sheet 2 is stuck to the whole face by wrapping, and a wooden decorative veneer 3 is stuck to the upper face to form a moisture-proof floor material. The moisture-proof sheet 2 is made of a three-layer structure laminated with the neutral paper having basic weight of 23-30 g/m2 on and beneath a polyethylene resin film having the thickness of 20-40μm. The coupling tongue sections 4 may be coated or impregnated with a moisture-proof agent or a water-repellent agent without being wrapped with the moisture-proof sheet 2. When a composite base material is used for the wooden base material 1, the moisture-proof sheet 2 is inserted and laminated between the wooden materials to form the composite base material. The infiltration of moisture into the wooden base material 1 is cut off, and the gap, thrust-up and corrosion of the laid floor material can be prevented.
