PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash having constitution in which the slipping-off of a sliding screen can be prevented by inhibiting the upward rotation of an upper frame under the state of negative pressure. SOLUTION: In the sash, double sliding screens 5 or a single sliding screen is installed into a frame assembled by an upper frame 1, a lower frame 2 and left-right stiles 3 mounted into the opening section of a building. An upper-frame reinforcing member 6 with a building-frame external-face opposed section 6b and an upper-frame top-face opposed section 6a is set up. The upper-frame reinforcing member 6 is fitted onto the top face of the upper frame 6 by at least either fixing structure of fixing onto a building frame of the building-frame external-face opposed section 6b, fixing onto the mounting piece of the upper frame 1 of the opposed section 6b or fixing onto the top face of the upper frame 1 of the upper-frame top-face opposed section 6a. Upward rotation centering around the indoor side of the upper frame 1 is inhibited by supporting the opposed section 6b and opposed section 6a of the upper-frame reinforcing member 6 by the external face of the building frame 13 and the top face of the upper frame 1 respectively.
