PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge soil left in digging completely and enable highly precise construction work such as foot protection work of pile construction work in digging construction work such as pile construction work. SOLUTION: A crater (slime suction member) 2 in the shape of a cone which is convergent toward an upper opening 5 and is divergent toward a lower opening 6 is mounted in an inner part at a tip of a hollow pipe 1, and the lower opening 6 is arranged on slime. When high pressure air is poured from an air pouring pipe 4 and air is sucked from above the hollow pipe between an inclined outer face of the crater 2 and an inner wall of the hollow pipe 1, pressure inside the crater 2 becomes negative pressure due to abrupt rising stream generated in the vicinity of the upper opening 5 of the crater 2. Slime is sucked by this negative pressure, is conveyed by a rising air stream, and is discharged onto the ground.
