PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily expose a bolt fixing part and remove a support frame fixed on a concrete side wall of a manhole by a bolt to support a lid of the manhole when fringe concrete, cement or a pavement material poured into an upper part of the bolt fixing part of the receive frame is peeled off at the time of repairing the manhole. SOLUTION: After a support frame 5 is detachably attached to an upper end concrete side wall of a manhole directly or through a construction block 4 formed in a doughnut shape on the manhole upper end concrete side wall by a bolt 13 retainer, an upper part of a bolt 13 retaining part of the receive frame 5 is sealed by fringe concrete, cement or a pavement material 15. A cap 14 covering a part of a bolt 13 protruding from the receive frame 5 is provided on the bolt 13 attaching the receive frame 5 detachably, and the cap 14 is filled with filler 16.
