发明名称 ACRYLIC FALSE-TWISTED BLEND YARN AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain acrylic false-twisted blend yarns free from non-cohesion of yarns in post-processing such as dyeing, knitting or the like excellent in converging property having appropriate crispness, dry feeling, firm texture, low temperature finish setting property characteristic in acrylic fiber and an elegant gloss. SOLUTION: The false-twisted blend yarn is comprising 50-75 wt.% of acrylic multi filaments and 50-25% of regenerated cellulose multi filaments, having alternating bundled part and non-bundled part along the longitudinal direction of the yarn and at least 50% of adhered parts in which the composing filaments is adhered, of the bundled parts, and 20-80% of the adhered part is existing in the cross cut of the bundled parts having adhered parts. This false-twisted blend yarn is obtained by yarn doubling the acrylic multi filaments and the regenerated cellulose multi filaments and false-twisting at a temperature higher than the softening temperature of the acrylic filament.
