PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the vehicular stability at braking at a low cost. SOLUTION: A brake device of twin rear axle car having an axle load moving device is constituted by a relay valve 5 outputting the air pressure from an air tank 7 responding to the signal pressure from a brake valve 6, ABS valves 3, 4, for controlling the supply air pressure to each wheel cylinder responding to the vehicular state, arranged on the output side of the relay valve, a load sensing valve 12 for controlling the output pressure of the relay valve responding to the loading state of the vehicle and supplying to the rear rear axle side and a double cut-off valves 10, 11, whose oneside input port is connected to the output side of the load sensing valve and whose other input port is connected to the output side of right/left respective ABS valve, for selecting the low side of the air pressure of both input ports and supplying to the wheel cylinder of the rear axle wheel.
