PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate capable of being subjected to deep drawing, excellent in easy opening properties, heat resistance, oxygen barrier properties, transparency and mechanical strength and capable of being laminated to paper being a support. SOLUTION: At least five kinds of resin layers, that is, an easy opening resin layer (A), an adhesive resin layer (B), a gas barrier layer (C), a strength holding layer (D) and an ethylenic copolymer layer (E) with an adhesive strength with paper (180 deg. peel, peel speed 300 mm/min) of 150 g/15 mm width or more are laminated so that the layers (A), (E) become both outer layers.
