PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive pallet loading device for dispensing with a industrial robot. SOLUTION: A device for loading blocks 2 of cases 1 previously tiered on a pallet 11 has a loading means 21 for loading the blocks 2 carried to a stand-by position C and pushed onto the pallet 11 and a rotating means for rotating the pallet 11. After the first block 2 is loaded, the pallet 11 is rotated 90 degrees to provide for loading of the second block 2.
