PURPOSE:To accurately mount a photosensor on a prescribed position by a method wherein a claw which supports and bears the rear end of the photosensor is formed integrally at the mounting member, of the photosensor, in which a hole partly exposing the tip of the photosensor has been made, and the tip, and the rear end of the photosensor are sandwiched between, and held by, the hole and the claw. CONSTITUTION:A printed-wiring board 4 on which a photosensor 2 has been soldered in advance to a prescribed position is prepared. A terminal 2c is soldered to the board 4 so as to keep a prescribed distance between a flange part 2b and the board 4. Then, the photosensor 2 is inserted in such a way that its tip 2a comes into contact with the tip 12a of a hole 12. The flange part 2b of the photosensor 2 expands a part between one pair of mutually faced claws 14 against their springy force, and the flange part 2b is finally fitted between the claws 14 and supported here. Then, the photosensor 2 is positioned, supported and borne firmly in a state that its spherical tip 2a and its rear end, i.e., the flange part 2b are sandwiched between, and held by, the tip 12a of the hole 12 and the claws 14, and it is mounted accurately on a prescribed position.
|
