<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete tile excellent in performance by press-molding a hydraulic binder composition containing an inorganic lightweight aggregate containing an aluminum oxide component of a specific value or above, fibers and a hydraulic binder. SOLUTION: A hydraulic binder composition containing an inorganic lightweight aggregate, fibers, a hydraulic binder and water is press-molded in an unhardened state to obtain a concrete tile. The inorganic lightweight aggregate containing an aluminum oxide component of 20 wt.% or above, the inorganic lightweight aggregate having the specific gravity of 1.0 or below and the compressive strength of 8 MPa or above, or the inorganic lightweight aggregate containing the aluminum oxide component of 20 wt.% or above and having the specific gravity of 1.0 or below and the compressive strength of 8 MPa or above is used. The inorganic lightweight aggregate is hardly broken by the external force applied at the time of mixing, kneading and press-molding, and it holds its shape and can achieve a lightweight effect. When the inorganic lightweight aggregate is mixed at the absolute volume of about 5-40%, the moldability and surface property of the tile and the reinforcing effect of fibers can be improved.</p> |
