PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition having excellent hardenability, capable of forming a film excellent in hardness, scratch resistance, adhesiveness, transparency, etc., by bringing the composition to contain particles comprising oxide particles and an organic compound, a (meth)acrylic acid ester, and a polymerizable unsaturated group-containing compound. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by bringing a resin to contain (A) particles obtained by bonding antioxidant particles of at least one element selected from a group comprising silicon, aluminum, zirconium, titanium, zinc, germanium, indium, tin, antimony and cerium with an organic compound containing a polymerizable unsaturated group, (B) a (meth)acrylic acid ester having an alycyclic structure and (C) a compound containing >=2 polymerizable unsaturated groups except the ingredient B in the molecule in a blending ratio of (the ingredient B):(the ingredient C) as (5:95)-(90:10). The organic compound preferably contains a group expressed by the formula (X is NH, O or S; Y is O or S).
