PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly open/close a cover within a small space so as to be unabutting to a casing. SOLUTION: In a cover opening/closing device where a cover 5 arranged in the opening part 4 of a casing 3 is constituted opening/closing freely with a fulcrum 12a provided on the rear of the cover 5 as the center, the fulcrum 12a is provided on the rear in the cover 5, and a fulcrum movement mechanism 9 is provided which is moving the fulcrum 12a in accordance with opening (a) and closing (b) of the cover 5.
