摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To massproduce a pinion device mainly by press molding in a manufacturing process by cutting an outline edge of a steel plate into the shape of a tooth part of a gear by press, forming a deformed hole on its center, and forming an outer periphery of a first half part into the shape of a fine diameter capable of fitting the oil-less metal, with metallic material. SOLUTION: A pinion 4 of a pinion device 2 is formed by a tooth plate 5 and a shaft part 6. The tooth plate 5 is formed by cutting an outer edge of a steel plate into the shape of a tooth form by press, and providing an inner edge with a deformed hole, a plurality of sheets are laminated to be used. The shaft part 6 is formed by shaping an outer periphery of a first half part into a fine diameter, fitting the oil-less metal therein, and projecting a calking shaft 8 from a front end surface. Further an outer periphery of an end half part is formed by the parallel detent surfaces 9, 9 lower than an outer peripheral surface and interlocked with one another at an angle of 180 degree, and the engagment grooves 10, 10 formed on an intermediate outer periphery, and interlocked with the parallel detent surfaces 9, 9 at an angle of 90 degree. The tooth plate 5 is calked to a front end of the shaft part 6 by the calking shaft 8. Whereby the pinion device can be massproduced mainly by press molding in the manufacturing process.
