PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly perform a sealing work, and at the same time, eliminate a special molding work, and reduce the cost by forming sealing holes respectively on a drum main body and a lid body in such a manner that the hole locations may meet when the lid body is screwed on the drum main body, and connecting the lid body and the drum main body by passing a sealing member through respective sealing holes. SOLUTION: In order to perform a sealing, first, a lid body 50 is placed on a drum main body 1, and the lid body 50 is rotated until they complete a screwing and stop. Then, respective hole locations of respective sealing holes 3d formed on the drum main body 1, and respective sealing holes 54a formed on the lid body 50, are made to meet in the vertical direction. Then, the other end section C2 of a sealing member C is passed through the sealing hole 54a of the lid body 50, and then, passed through the sealing hole 3d of the drum main body 1. Then, the other end section C2 of he sealing member C, which projects under a skirt section 3 of the drum main body 1, is folded back upward at the lower side edge of the side surface 3b of the skirt section 3, and then, is passed through a fastening hole section C1, and drawn. Thus, the other end section C2 is fastened to the fastening hole section C1, and the sealing is completed.
