PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficient supporting rigidity relating to a control unit, by connecting a main unit lower part of the control unit to a car body through a lower bracket, and a main unit upper part to a part of a servo unit through an upper bracket. SOLUTION: A lower bracket 17 is constituted by a U-shaped steel-made part opened to a the downward, fixing pieces 19, 20 are fixed to a horizontal/ vertical part 12, 13 by bolts 21, 22. A control unit is mounted in a box-shaped main unit 15 by fitting a rubber bush to a support hole in a lower surface of the main unit 15, and fixed by inserting a pin welded to the lower bracket 17. While an upper bracket 18 is constituted by almost a flat plate-shaped steel plate part, provided with a pair of the folded fixing pieces at the lower part, and these fixing pieces are adhered to a right/left side surface of the main unit 15 and fastened with bolts. A fork-shaped fixing piece is provided in the upper part and fixed to a cast flange 4 with bolts.
