PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sedan capable of markedly enlarging a baggage room space. SOLUTION: This vehicle is provided with a seat back 31 partitioning a front side of a baggage room 2, vehicle member 46 of U shape in plan view arranged in a rear side of the seat back, and a package tray 5 sealing an upper surface opening part 11 formed by the seat back and the vehicle member. A front end of the package tray is mounted rotatably with a shaft X3 in a car width direction serving as the center in a back surface of the seat back. The seat back is formed capable of being prostrated, the package tray is moved forward according as the seat back is prostrated, and the upper surface opening part is opened also loaded along the back surface of the seat back (refer to alternate long/short dash line in the drawing). While the seat back is formed capable of tilting rearward, according as the seat back tilts rearward, a bending part of the package tray is bent.
