PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weakly alkalize or mineralize drink in a glass only by stirring using a whisker in which a stirring head and a holder holding the stirring head are provided, a net structure is formed around the holder, and electrical stones are housed in the holder. SOLUTION: A stirring part 2 constituting a whisker for drink 1 has a cylindrical shape at least around of which a net 21 is formed, and electrical stones 22 are housed. The mesh size should be a size in such a manner that the electrical stones 22 are not jumped out of the net. At almost the center of a cap 24 attached to the rear end of the stirring part 2, a female thread 25 is formed to which a male thread 31 of the end of the holder 3 is screwed, resulting that the stirring part 2 is detachable from the holder 3. As electrical stones 22, pieces of an electrical stone, or a ceramic base on which mixed grains or powders of an electrical stone are specifically formed can be used.
