PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the installation workability of a scaffold and to prevent the damage or pollution of the surface transparent plates of solar batteries by fitting the scaffold to a roof structural body fitted with the solar batteries in advance, and hoisting and installing the roof structural body at the roof portion of a building. SOLUTION: A roof unit 12 is provided with eyebolts 18 for hoisting wires 17 on a roof panel 12B, and the fitting base 15 of a solar battery panel 14 is provided with a scaffold lock section 19 for each installation line of solar batteries 16. The roof unit 12, fitted with a scaffold 20 to the scaffold lock section 19 provided on the fitting base 15 of the solar battery panel 14 on the ground is hoisted by a crane 13 and installed at the roof portion of a building unit 11. The finishing work including the fixing work of the roof unit 12 to the building unit 11, the connecting work of adjacent roof units 12 together, the wiring work of the solar batteries 16, and the installation work of roof members on the roof surface around the solar battery panel 14 can be conducted by using this scaffold 20.
