PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of hand-pieces of an ultrasonic operation device by allowing an operator to select a suitable one among plural hand-pieces for the purpose and to operate each hand-piece independently without modifying the ultrasonosurgery device. SOLUTION: This ultrasonosurgery device has an extension unit 6, which has an OR circuit 38 as a signal generating means for detecting the on-off signals of a hand switch 4 and a foot switch 5 and transmitting the signals to the device main body 2 and a connector 12 as a connecting means for transmitting the signal of the OR circuit 38 to the device main body 2. By connecting the connector 12 to a connector connecting part 9 of the device main body 2 and connecting a hand switch connector 21 of the hand switch 4 to a hand switch connector part 28, a hoot switch connector 22 of the hoot switch 5 to a hoot switch connector part 29, plural hand-pieces can be easily selected according to purposes and each hand-piece can be operated independently without modifying the ultrasonic operation device.
