SOLUTION: A shoe (inner sole) 1 is provided with an air inlet port 2, a valve 3, an air chamber 4, an air outlet port 5, and an air duct 6. When the air chamber 4 of the shoe (inner sole) 1 is contracted and expanded by a body weight, air flows into or from the air chamber 4, the airflow is directed by the valve, and the air flows out of holes. A person wears the shoe (inner sole) 1 to walk.
