PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink jet recorder in which the positioning accuracy with respect to a head holder, a carriage, or the like, is enhanced by securing the recording head to the head holder through a holding member while ensuring the bonding strength between the holding member and the head holder and the assembling work is facilitated when a plurality of recording heads are provided. SOLUTION: A recording head is supported by a head holder 30 through a manifold and a holding member 27. The head holder 30 and the holding member 27 are fixed by fitting a protrusion 41 into an opening 42 and the gap is filled with an adhesive 29a. The opening 42 is tapered to enlarge and the adhesive 29a takes wedge-shape. According to the structure, bonding strength can be enhanced even between a metallic holding member 27 and a resin head holder 30. |
