PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bent end part of a lap spring from dislocation of it from the notch of a rotation member on the bent end part side. SOLUTION: This rotation transmission device comprises a shaft 11, a lap spring 51 provided on the one end side of a coil part 52 with a bent end part 53 extending to an outer periphery, and a mounting part mounted in a rotatable state on the shaft 11 and to which the coil part 52 of the lap spring 51 is attached. Further, this device comprises a rotary holder 31 to cover the given part of the outer periphery of the coil part 52 and form a wall part 39 from the outer periphery of which the bent end part 53 of the lap spring 51 is protruded; and a rotary member 41 on the bent part side rotatably situated on the shaft 11 and forming a notch 46 to lock the bent end part 53 against a rotation direction with the bent end part 53 of the lap spring 51 inserted. |
