PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sheet excellent in antistatic properties and transparency, capable of suppressing the bleeding out of an antistatic agent or the generation of a gas, and capable of preventing the various troubles caused by static electricity from being caused by allowing the sheet to have a substrate film, an antistatic layer and an adhesive layer. SOLUTION: This sheet has a plastic substrate film, an antistatic layer formed on one surface of the substrate film, and containing a quarternary ammonium salt, and an adhesive layer formed on the antistatic layer. The quarternary ammonium salt is preferably a polymer-type quarternary ammonium salt, e.g. a high molecular polymer, or the like having the quarternary ammonium salt of the formula (R1 and R2 are each a 1-10C alkyl; R3 is a 1-10C alkyl, or the like; X-n is an n-valent anion; (n) is 1-4). A coated layer, especially a readily printable layer or a hard-coat layer is preferably formed on the other surface of the adhesive layer of the substrate film, and the total light transmittance is preferably regulated so as to be >=80%. |
