PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forceps for an endoscope with the inserting part and the forceps part jointed by bringing the whole end surface of the inserting part of the forcepts into contact with the receiving surface on the end of a cylindrical member constituting the forceps part and welding the receiving surface of the cylindrical member and the end surface of the inserting part with laser beams irradiated to the end of the cylindrical part. SOLUTION: The whole end surface of a tight coil spring 30 of this biopsy forceps 10 is brought into contact with the receiving surface 52 of the forceps main body 32 constituting the forceps part 16 of the biopsy forceps 10, and CO2 laser beams are irradiated to the end 32A of the forceps main body 32 to weld the receiving surface of the forceps main body 32 to the end surface 51 of the tight coil spring 30, so that the tight coil spring 30 and the forceps main body 32 are jointed. |
