PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous resin dispersion composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in weathering resistance, surface tack, and adhesion to a substrate. SOLUTION: Provided is an aqueous resin dispersion composition comprising a copolymer prepared by emulsion-polymerizing (A) a cycloalkyl-containing monomer with (B) a silyl-containing monomer, and (C) other unsaturated monomers, wherein the copolymer has a glass transition temperature of 25-70 deg.C and a mean particle diameter of 0.1μm or below.
